OZO1

About Us

OZO1 is a brand created for its sterilization disinfector products, base on the ozonization technology.
OZO1 focuses on creating efficient ozone products for a new generation of healthy working and living environments, in order to offer cleaner indoor air and water quality. As the most powerful oxidizing agent, ozone is particularly well suited to removing hazardous substances, dyes, odors, and flavor additives. Alongside oxidation, ozone also delivers effective disinfection. Significantly less environmentally harmful by-products result from the generation and use of ozone than with other comparable oxidizing agents and disinfectants.

WHAT IS OZONE?

In nature, ozone (O3, also known as activated oxygen) is created by a chemical reaction between oxygen and solar ultraviolet (UV) radiation (sunlight). It is often present during thunderstorms and where electrical arcing occurs and is used in indoor environments to neutralize odors. Ozone itself has a distinctive smell that most people find pleasant or "clean-smelling."
Ozone generators, or ozonators, are used to produce ozone for cleaning air or removing smoke odours in unoccupied rooms. These ozone generators can produce over 3g of ozone per hour. Ozone often forms in nature under conditions where O2 will not react. Ozone used in industry is measured in μmol/mol (ppm, parts per million), nmol/mol (ppb, parts per billion), μg/m3, mg/h (milligrams per hour) or weight percent. The regime of applied concentrations ranges from 1% to 5% (in air) and from 6% to 14% (in oxygen) for older generation methods. New electrolytic methods can achieve up 20% to 30% dissolved ozone concentrations in output water. Temperature and humidity play a large role in how much ozone is being produced using traditional generation methods (such as corona discharge and ultraviolet light). Old generation methods will produce less than 50% of nominal capacity if operated with humid ambient air, as opposed to very dry air. New generators, using electrolytic methods, can achieve higher purity and dissolution through using water molecules as the source of ozone production.

How to choose the ozone generator?

The selection of the ozone generator is very important. Consumer should choose from the following aspects:
1. Determine the ozone output Ozonizer is used for air sterilization, deodorization, and water treatment. When used for air disposal, low-concentration economical open-type ozone generators can be selected. The output can be calculated based on the size of the space to get the total amount of ozone. 2. Identify the quality of the ozone generator The quality of ozone generators can be distinguished from many aspects such as manufacturing materials, system configuration, cooling methods, working frequency, control methods, ozone concentration, gas source, and power consumption indicators. A high-quality ozone generator should be made of high-dielectric materials, standardized configuration (including gas source and purification device), dual-electrode cooling, high-frequency drive, intelligent control, high ozone concentration output, low power consumption, and low gas source consumption. 3. Cost performance Generally, the public interest is on low-end and low-profile generators. However, the performance of the high-quality ozone generator should be given priority due to its stability. The design, configuration and manufacturing data of the high-quality ozone generator are carried out according to its standards. The ozone concentration and output are not affected by environmental factors. The price and performance should be comprehensively evaluated when purchasing. 4. Prevent misunderstandings The cost of a generator with a gas source is very different from that of a generator without a gas source. When purchasing an ozone generator, both the supplier and the user should communicate in all directions to prevent misunderstandings. Never use the price as the main reference to measure the ozone generator. 5. Standby machine There should be a spare machine when purchasing an ozone generator. According to operation without shutdown, the purchase must be on the principle of standby preparation.

Q & A

Q. Why should I buy one? Are you a smoker, pet owner, or the devoted parent of a newborn, toddler, or teen? Do you spend a lot of time indoors? Do you suffer from asthma, sneezing, or watery eyes? Then indoor air quality should be part of your everyday consideration. During the Covid prevention period, indoor air quality and disinfection are essential to reduce the risk of infection. Q: Where should I place my air purifier? In general, place the unit in a position that will allow the natural airflow within the environment to assist in distributing what the unit is producing, like next to an incoming air vent. You also need to place the unit as close to the ceiling as possible or at least five feet from the floor to maximize effectiveness. Q. What size of the room is it suitable for? This unit can handle large living spaces. It is difficult to give an estimate because the area cleaned also depends on how long the unit is running. As a guide, we say it can effectively clean up to 60 sq. meters of rooms. Recycling the air 5 times in one hour. If your room is smaller, it will clean the air quicker. If your room is larger, it will recycle the air proportionately fewer times per hour. Q: Are Air Purifiers energy efficient? Air purifiers consume 30 to 45 watts depending on the model, which is about 1 light bulb. Q. How quickly does it clean the air? At maximum fan speed, the product will clean up to a 60 sq. meter room 5 times per hour. This means all the air in the room goes through the filters 5 times.

Maintenance Rules

1. Please place this equipment in a dry and ventilated place, and clean the dust-proof net (at the fan) once a month; 2. If you are not a professional electrician, please do not open the box (there is a high voltage inside); 3. Ask us or ask a professional electrician to open the back cover of the case during maintenance; 4. All customers who purchase our products can purchase consumables from our company at a price below the market price. 5. Equipment repair and maintenance must follow our company policy.

Precautions for the use of Ozone Generator

1. The machinery and equipment must be placed in a place where there is no oil, and dry to extend the service life of the machinery and equipment. 2. It must be handled with care, not littered. 3. If the machine equipment is used for water treatment, the ozone output port must be connected with a check valve. 4. It is forbidden to put the ozone machine in the disinfection area to work. For work safety, the equipment should have a separate working area, and then use the silicone tube to transport the ozone gas to the disinfection or chemical reaction area. 5. The machinery and equipment must be checked and maintained every day; if an abnormality is found, shut it down immediately, find out the cause, and deal with it before use. 6. The equipment must be well-grounded before use to prevent lightning. It is best to unplug the power plug when not in use. 7. According to the working environment and usage requirements, choose the ozone disinfection machine correctly. 8. If the machine and equipment are not used for a long time, the inside and the casing of the machine must be cleaned up and placed in a ventilated and dry place to prevent damage from moisture.
